We are in close proximity to a variety of must-visit attractions in Lompoc and one of the few near the Mission Golf Club, Fields of Flowers, and Jalama Beach County Park.

Vandenberg Air Force Base

As one of the nation’s most important military and space installations, Vandenberg Air Force Base is the only launchpad on the West Coast for unmanned test missiles and satellites launched throughout the year.
The Vandenberg Space and Missile Heritage Center at the Historic Space Launch Complex is open on the third Tuesday of each month at 1:00 PM. It tells the story of the critical role Vandenberg Air Force Base has played in launching commercial, national security, and scientific satellites.
Plan a day to visit and get the full space launch experience.

From April through September, Lompoc’s Fields of Flowers bloom with spectacular patches of color from a variety of flowers including Stock, Larkspur, Delphinium, Sweet Pea, and Bells of Ireland. Commercial fields can be seen from any major roadway in Lompoc.
